Hello, and welcome to All About Kids Child Care, my name is Taylor Hudson and my mom is Juli Hudson-Eakins.  My mom, owned and operated a family childcare home out of our house from 2000 to 2009, during those years she earned her CDA in Early Childhood Education with the intention to open a center.  However, when my dad retired the economy wan't good and daycares all over were shutting down, so she closed the daycare and went to work at Marshall Community Credit Union.  I worked as an assistant in her daycare from 2006 until closing and continued in the child care field, working in other home daycares, a child care center, and as a nanny until June 2014, when my dad suddenly passed away.  In October 2014, my mom suggested reopening the home daycare, and we began the licensing process.  After months of meetings and preparation, our license was approved in July 2015.  For the nine years that followed, we worked hard, built an excellent reputation, gained terrific clientele, and in December 2022, broke ground on our brand new, 1000-square-foot facility, which is finished and now open.
